A joint venture of PJSC SOLLERS and Ford Motor Company Ford Sollers Elabuga announces the start of the renewed Ford Transit production at the company's plant in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone. The first cars were produced and shipped to official Transit Centers.

Ford Sollers will supply 170 shuttle buses to Bashkortostan Republic

Ford Sollers will supply 170 shuttle buses of Class “A” and comfortable buses “Tourist” of Class “B” to Governmental Committee of Transport and Public Road System of Bashkortostan Republic. These vehicles will be used as public transport for suburban and interurban routs. Ford Transit was chosen through tender procedure and met all the requirements announced.

Restructured joint venture Ford Sollers starts operation

Today a restructured joint venture Ford Sollers starts operation. In the new structure the shareholders, Ford Motor Company and PJSC Sollers, continue partnership with PJSC Sollers taking a 51% controlling interest. As it was announced earlier Ford Sollers will concentrate its efforts in commercial vehicles segment with Ford Transit and its derivatives.

Ford Sollers Elabuga singed Special Investment Contract (SPIC) supporting Ford Transit line-up production in Russia

Ford Sollers Elabuga LLC, on which basis a restructured joint venture Ford Sollers in Russia to be launched, has signed SPIC with Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for further production increase and localization of the Ford Transit line-up in Russia.
